The Awakening That Changed Everything
Spiritduality was born from my own journey of self-discovery. Like many, I’ve had multiple awakenings throughout my life, but the one that changed everything happened in 2021.
At the time, I was navigating college, stepping into a new career, and trying to rebuild after losing my job due to the pandemic. It was a period of uncertainty, but also one of deep realization. I began to see the cycles in my own life—the way our inner and outer worlds mirror each other, the patterns we unknowingly repeat, and the balance between what we resist and what we embrace.
I realized that everything I once questioned was preparing me for something greater. Duality wasn’t just a concept—it was life itself. Spiritduality is a reflection of that truth. It’s a space to embrace the balance between light and shadow, structure and flow, healing and growth.
A Life Shaped by Growth and Spirituality
I wasn’t always on this path. Growing up as the "black sheep," my childhood was isolating and filled with challenges. But deep inside, I always had a sense that there was something more—something bigger than the pain, bigger than the struggles. Some call it intuition; I call it the pilot light—that inner knowing that refuses to go out, no matter how dark life gets.
That light saved me more times than I can count. It led me toward personal development, subconscious healing, and spirituality. It taught me that while we can’t control what happens to us, we can always choose how we respond and who we become.
Reiki, Tarot, and Healing
As a child, I instinctively placed my hands on my mother’s back, telling her, “I am healing you.” I didn’t know it then, but I was tapping into something ancient. Years later, when my husband received orders to Japan—the birthplace of Reiki—I knew it was fate. Within my first three months in Japan, I became Reiki Level 1 and 2 certified.
Tarot was also a part of my upbringing. My mother read the cards, and I saw them as a secret language, a tool for self-discovery that only those deeply in tune could understand. Over time, I realized that healing, intuition, and self-mastery weren’t just interests—they were the foundation of who I was.
From Passion to Purpose
I first thought about turning my passion into a business after leaving a career that drained me. I made a promise to myself: I would never again spend my energy on something that didn’t align with my soul’s purpose.
Moving across the world forced me to confront my fears, and I learned an important lesson—I could do hard things. If I could leave behind everything familiar, then I could build something new. Something meaningful.
Of course, starting Spiritduality wasn’t easy. Self-doubt crept in. Even though I knew this was my calling, I still battled imposter syndrome. I questioned whether I was "qualified" to guide others. But then I had a realization:

The mentors and self-development leaders I once looked up to? I had grown into someone just like them.

People don’t always need an expert—they need someone who understands, who has walked the path before them.

That’s when I decided to just start. I began sharing my journey—raw, unfiltered, imperfect. And to my surprise, people resonated with it. I received messages from others saying that watching me embrace my truth inspired them to do the same.
That was my breakthrough moment. That’s when I knew—Spiritduality is more than a business. It’s my footprint, my legacy, and my lifelong mission.
